Outstanding! John Eby, owner of Faith Construction, is courteous and takes pride in his work. His crew is dedicated and very hard working. They not only tore out and installed the new windows, they replaced the interior window trim for all 22 windows with trim that matched the original that John had custom made. John also had all trim pre-painted so I only had to touch up nail holes. Last, 4 of the 22 windows installed were actually in roof dormers, and those dormers were sided with OSB planking. John suggested that to get a weather tight seal we remove the siding on the face of each dormer, install the new windows, and then replace that siding with Handi-Plank siding. I agreed. John provided true "value added" service by also replacing the siding on both sides of each dormer since he was already on the roof with the Handi-Plank siding at no additional cost. And then on top of it all, he painted the siding so I didn't need to hire someone to do that! In a few instances John ran into problems ... and each time he had a creative solution to resolve the problem - not a short cut to avoid doing work. They cleaned up after themselves each evening and the finished product looks outstanding. I have had several neighbors look at the work and they are all very impressed.
