They have done a great job prepping the work and they have caulked between each plank of my cedar siding and even back-filled nails and nail holes with caulk after counter-sinking them. They show me each spot of wood rot before replacing a board to get my approval. They have also been very honest and have told me that some boards really didn't need replaced, when I thought maybe they did. Their cleanup is excellent and at the end of the day, the only evidence of them being here is the work they've done on the house. It has been a great experience. I'd definitely use them again.
