The Countertop Shop

We have a custom-made (not by The Countertop Shop) oak cabinet in our dining room and I was on the floor putting some items away in it and leaned on the open door, apparently too heavily, to balance myself getting up and the door broke off at the panel joint.  The fellow who made the cabinet for us no longer does that kind of work and so I decided to try The Countertop Shop to determine what could be done, since it was not a completely clean break - an area where there were small nails had splintered off on both sides.  They were very kind, said they could fix it.  They re-glued and lightly sanded it and had it back to us the next morning, good as new!  You can't even tell where it had splintered.

We did the installation. The countertops were a little late.

When we were initially notified the countertops were in, we discovered there was an error. They could have claimed I was at fault, but they saw the mistake was their error. They were truthful and placed a rush on the replacement. When I picked the new countertops up, they spent over an hour using my template to sand and cut the countertop so it would fit my unusual specifications. It fit perfectly. They were great to work with.

The Counter Top Company was excellent. Their service was good. I would use them again. Their estimates were really close. When they did the measurements they not only double checked things, they triple checked. They do different estimates and the next estimate would always come in a little bit less. They do excellent work. If they say that they will show up on a certain day and a certain time, they are here. I was happy with them so I didn’t shop around for lot of estimates. However, I think they are probably very competitive.

They were fine and they were fairly reasonable cost-wise. They were timely and they did a good job.

As always, Mrs Wrightsman is professional and very personable. The coutertop was ready earlier than expected and the installation was scheduled at my convenience.

Company spent quite a bit of time with us at their shop providing various samples to take home (we live close by) and we ended up upgrading twice over our original plan to install a basic Formica top. There was no pressure to upgrade at all. They just answered our questions about how much certain upgrades would cost. The did a fine job and it was only because of their representative that we knew that if we did not want a no-drip edge, our countertop would be seamless. We had other countertops installed in another house, and no one ever advised us of that fact. The no-seam look is terrific.

This company is top notch. They are very professional. The owners helped me pick out the best countertops for me. They were punctual during the measurement appointment and the installation of the countertops. The installers cleaned up their mess constantly to prevent much dust and dirt. The price was the best out of the five companies I researched for the same countertop design.

MR AND MRS WRIGHTSMAN ARE VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND PUNCTUAL. THE COUNTERTOP SINK HOLE HAD BEEN CUT A LITTLE LARGER THAN SHOULD HAVE, BUT THE PLUMBER WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO WORK.
