It went well and they were very easy to work with.   I had another estimate for replacing the concrete caps that was similar in cost, but the other place said they couldn't guarantee that there wouldn't be damage to the bricks and then I would have to take care of that,  whereas this project included an allowance for brick damage and they handled all of it.   I thought that the concrete work deserved as A+.  It is attractive and so much better than the damaged, cracked concrete they replaced.   The quality of the brick wasn't as good- adequate and an improvement over what was there, but the quality wasn't as good.  I will do a separate review for that with a slightly lower grade for quality.   It was nice to be able to deal with one person for the whole project, and I would definitely consider them if I were going to do a major remodeling project sometime.
