Starnes Outdoor Solutions

Update as of 07/08/2025 Over 2 years and I have yet to receive payment for services on a Maintenance contract account. Dustin has told me several times when they get paid, they will take care of the the outstanding bill , and nothing has been done , no contact, no emails , no phone calls , I can see that they have viewed the invoice apparently they don't pay contracts or are refusing to pay them . As far as payment for services rendered. To date ...Starnes has sent me one check in the amount of $100 , this no where the the amount that is owed for services rendered. It is completely unprofessional. The contract I agreed to means nothing . There has been no contact from Starnes , no updates from Starnes , nothing ... I have sent certified mail demanding payment and a $100 is all they can afford. Stay away from Starnes if you are a contractor. As a small business owner, I will tell every Landscape company in this area to never accept a phone call from this company

They don't pay their contractors. Been over 9 months.

They are always a pleasure to work with. Very professional and accommodating. Have used them many times in the past and will continue to use their services.

This was the 2nd lawn company that I called. The first company did a horrible job, so I called Starnes (I'd received a flyer from 2 companies). Evan is our technician, and I must say he is extremely helpful, responds to my questions right away (he emails as well!), went over the top (even pulled the garbage can back after garbage man came!). He did an excellent job - no complaints whatsoever. The price was better (lower by $10) with Starnes and the yard looks TOTALLY better with Starnes!

I give them high ratings and will continue to use them again in the future.
