MY COMPUTER WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW WHEN USING THE INTERNET. STAFFORD LOOKED AT IT, CALLED ME, I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND DO THE WORK. I PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. IT NOW RUNS BEAUTIFULLY. STAFFORD FOUND TWO VIRUSES AND A WORM ON OUR COMPUTER. THEY ALSO INSTALLED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE I HAD PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY AND HADN'T GOTTEN AROUND TO INSTALLING. THEY REPAIRED FILES TOO. I THOUGHT $50 WAS VERY REASONABLE. AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING TO TAKE A LOOK IT. I DEALT WITH KEITH. KEITH IS DEFINITELY THE PERSON YOU NEED TO TALK TO. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE. HE WAS QUICK TO PROVIDE AN ANSWER AND A SOLUTION. HE CALLED FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING TO THE COMPUTER. WE ALSO PURCHASED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE AND AN INK CARTRIDGE.

REALLY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. DROPPED OFF AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY. MODEM PROBLEM PERSISTED AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO HOME AND TOOK IT BACK TO SHOP - RETURNED IT TO MEMBER LATER THAT DAY. WAS CHARGED NO MORE DESPITE PROBLEM AND GAVE HER A NEW INK CARTRIDGE FOR TROUBLE.
