Jerry's first objective is to ensure that the customer is happy. I am very picky, and he is always willing to "make it right" in my eyes. I have called Jerry back to "fix" a few things and he is always willing to do so. Jerry is very quality conscious and his rates are reasonable. If he does not feel comfortable doing something re: his capabilities, he will let you know.
