They were very knowledgeable, polite, works clean and fast.

Jeff and his assistant arrived on time to my aunts home. He was cordial and asked the aunt (who is 95 years old) to accompany them to the bathroom to determine the work to be done. Once there Jeff told her the job would cost $179.00 to which she reluctantly agreed. He told her he was the cheapest around. Less than fifteen minutes later he and his assistant left after completing the job. The aunt told me after they left she had felt coerced into paying the $179.00 and didn't want to pay the service charge from him or another plumber to repair the toilet. She paid him in check since she had done that in the past but felt this charge was exorbitant. She is just too nice of lady to tell him. A phone call to Jeff Pedigo's office as well a written letter failed to resolve the issue. Jeff Pedigo does not believe the charge of $179.00 for less than fifteen minutes work is unreasonable. In summation, the aunt and I just want everyone to know that if you are dealing with the company of Morz/Pedigo, it should be buyer beware. Needless to say our family will not be using this company anymore.

Note: Morz Plumbing is now known as Morz-Pedigo Plumbing and is owned by Jeff Pedigo. >Had to dis-assemble the old valve piece by piece. Jeff did a great job (so far?) and was able to remove all the old parts and replaced with OEM Moen valve stem kit.

Responded to my initial call, arriving at the time arranged.  Fixed the leak, and even showed me how to fix it for the future possible water leaking issue.

The plumbers were on time and worked efficiently.  We got a small discount for using them a second time.

We have a Delta one-handle pullout/sprayer faucet and we were having trouble getting it to turn off cleanly.  We called Morz and asked if they had a minimum charge and were told probably $85-$105 for a faucet repair.  I asked if would be cheaper to purchase a new faucet and just have them install it and he guessed probably the minimum.  We did purchase a new faucet, but decided to ask them to spend 10-15 minutes to attempt to repair the old one and if they could not, we had the new one ready.  They were able to repair the current faucet and since they were here such a short time to do that, charged us only $65.

During our harsh winter, I turned the water off to our washer (which is in the garage), so that the pipes wouldn't freeze. When I turned it back on, the pipe leaked badly. We attempted to repair it ourselves, but were afraid we'd break the pipe, so we called Morz. They arrived promptly, fixed it and charged a reasonable rate.
We've used them several times in the past and will be relying on them in the future.

They weren't that great. I would give them 50/50.

I've used Morz three times in the last 1 1/2 years. Each time they arrived when they said they would and performed the jobs correctly. Each time I was very surprised when I ended up paying less than I had expected. I won't hesitate to use them again if I need them. They do offer a coupon on their Angie's List ad but I forgot to use it twice. That was my fault, not theirs.

They did an excellent job.  They were very helpful in offering suggestions and recommendations.  I called them out to make several repairs and they decided replacing and upgrading our plumbing was the way to go.  We were very happy with our service.

After 3 other plumbing companies cleared out the sewer drain, with the clogs returning soon after, I contacted Morz Plumbing on the suggestion of a friend.  They were prompt, quickly fixed the problem, and I have had no further problems in 4 years.  These guys know the layout of water and sewer lines in Mooresville.  They pointed out that the sewer line does not run straight out the back; it turns 30 degrees and then to the main sewer line.  (All the other plumbing companies - big names, but not much local knowledge of the area wanted to "dig" to find the problem and cost lots of $$$$.)
I also used them later that year to fix a couple of leaky toilets.

debryThe plumbers were very professional. They called to apologize for being delayed and so would be late for the appointment.
It was obvious that there was a water leak but not where it was coming from. It took quite some time and experimenting to discover the cause. The hole in the ceiling was neatly cut and the mess was cleaned up very well.

 DUE TO HIGH WATER PRESSURE ON SUPPLY SIDE. A LITTLE TIME LAG AT FARTHEST BATHROOM (ABOUT MINUTE) 
UNDECIDED TO INSTALL EXPANSION TANK FOR HIGH PRESSURE BUT WE SEEM TO HAVE PLENTY OF HOT WATER.

They were really good overall. I called a lot of plumbing companies that Friday, and nobody was willing to come out. Morz told me they'd be able to, and their price was very reasonable; they didn’t charge me any extra even though it was after 5. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, without any problems.

I first called Morz plumbing to fix a leaking faucet.  It was ok for a while then began leaking.  I neglected to call them again until it got bad.  Totally my fault.  When I did call them they were here that day, showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and totally fixed the problem.  They were the best and I am so sorry that my first report was not so good----if I had called them back the problem would have been fixed the same day.  I would highly recommend this companyl

Brian came out within an hour of my calling for help. He stopped the leak and I was able to get the restoration company out the same day.

The plumber came, broke the handle and the faucet still leaks.

I had no problems with them whatsoever.  They were punctual and did the work that they were asked to do.  It was a good experience.  I would use them again in the future if need be.         

They did great work.  I was very satisfied with them. 

They were really, really good. They do excellent work. They will be my regular plumber. I have used them and I have recommended them.

 I called to schedule the appt.  An appt was scheduled for when I requested.  They were on time and went to work immediately.  He tested the disposal and saw the leak.  The disposal was replaced and the new disposal was tested.  It works great!!  I am very pleased with thier service and product.
