Mooresville Auto Detail INC

I don't typically write up bad reviews on people I will blow it off. Well, this time it's difficult because they messed with my child's hard earned money. We took Shellie's car into mooresville detailing for a nicotine treatment which cost her $145.00. Okay, fine as long as it does the job. The guy says it's guaranteed and if we smell it bring it back. We pick it up and looks as if they don't shampoo carpets and the smell is still there as like we dropped it off. The Woman says, it's not guaranteed and that should never had been told. She lets us bring it back. So, second time around they call us and say do you have battery problems your car won't start. Anyone would have battery problems if you leave the radio on with lights on and doors open for several hours. We go and jump car and it's pouring out raining. Keep in mind they have kept the car twice both for 24 hours. We get it home and see white powder all over the floor and floor mats filthy. Seriously! Jerry then sends a message to the owner and pictures of the filth. She calls and apologizes which was nice and says can they try again. Okay sure, fine whatever Shellie did pay good to have this treated. We take back and of course they call 2 hours later and says the car is done. Hmm, first two times they keep 24 hours and this time it's in and out. Well we couldn't speak with them and look over it because they closed. Well, here we are again, don't ever think 3rd time is a charm just realize this place sucks and know they don't guarantee there work and if they wasn't so worried with changing her radio stations and listening to hard rock giving out False advertisement maybe they would or could have a decent business. If they told us it wasn't guaranteed we wouldn't be so mad ? yes, upset the fact it didn't work, but having it there 3 times and looks as nothing has been done what a joke! Hers my venting early in the morning and know that Jerry Van sells a lot of cars and if people ask where is a good detail place we will tell them stay clear of Mooresville Detailing.

Took my black BMW here after friends recommended it for detailing. Talked to the guy and showed him the scratches from the PO, he said he could fix them no problem with the exception of one. I said deal. Fast forward to this morning and I dropped off for a full wash, clay bar and buff. Zach said he'll have it done before 5pm. 4:50 I arrive and my car is parked in an adjacent churches parking lot looking horrible! There is buff wheel marks all over the passenger door where they buffed it without enough compound. There is chips in the hood. Scratches from the trunk pillars to the hood from some idiot skipping a buffer off it. Zach told me he started to clay bar the car but it started smoking it was so hot (not sure why ANYONE in their right mind would clay or buff a black car right outside of a open garage bay on a 90° day). He said after he THEN realized it was too hot he let it set over in the parking lot to dry, resulting in horrible hard water spots all over the car. I was told he drove it down the street (WITHOUT my permission or knowledge) to a shop to get the fender looked at. Something I didnt even want done. I just got back home after taking it to a REAL SHOP, and was quoted at $300 to fix the damage they have done alone. Making the fix over 3x times what we agreed on in the first place. They then asked to bring it back tomorrow so they can finish it up! Like I'll ever let those buffoons near any of my cars again.
