Joe was very timely in completing his work and the work was done exactly as promised.  He was punctual to arrive each day and was finished on schedule.  The carpets are in great shape and look much better after his work.  He has offered to help with any spots that re-appear afterwards as well, so his follow up has been exceptional.  Highly recommend Mike Shelley's Carpet Cleaning!
