Midwest did an outstanding job from start to finish. From the time Shawn White came out and explained the system, what I needed based on the requirements to the installation itself, everything went very smoothly. The technicians who installed the generator were very professional. They went right to work and finished much sooner than I expected. When they left, there was no debris and the area looked totally undisturbed. I absolutely feel comfortable giving them a 5-star rating.

This is the second time Midwest Generator Solutions has came out and taken on a very difficult installation for me. Their performance was outstanding - delivering on all promises and definitely going the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and that the generator (and in this case electrical work) were the best possible fit. Both the RushShelby and Vectron personnel that came out to do the meters and electrical hookups (new transformers, etc.) were appreciative of the quality of their work and made an effort to tell me so. I am happy to say that it actually kicked on the other night - I experienced about a 20 second lights out and then it was on and everything continued like normal (as it should!). The generator ran for about 14 min and the power came back on the transfer back to normal electrical was so smooth it was almost unnoticeable.
