Larry was the only person I found out of about 6 or 8 contacts, that was willing to go up on our roof. Though it is about a 10" on 12" pitch, we don't believe it's very unusual. He had no problem, searched around and found a few dings, but not enough to do any repairs. We had tried to find a home inspector as an objective third party to do this, but no one would bite. I figure, if a roofer tells me I don't need roofing, I'm probably safe.
