John initially had to postpone the first appointment by two days, but after that he was there when he said he would be and he finished before planned, even though I thought I had all the stuff he needed, I didn't.  The poor man had to run to pick up stuff a number of times.  He did a very nice job.  I am a picky person and John did very well and was pleasant too work with!
