They are very reliable. They take care when they have to come inside.  They always are very good about taking their shoes off and use a bootie when they need to.

They removed a window air conditioner heater and replaced with new.  They had to remove all the plug ins, etc. They stuck with the job.  It was not fun getting a new one to fit in the whole for the old one.  He did a good job fitting the new unit into the existing opening.

I have a recurring contract for twice a year. We've been with them several years.

If he does not have an answer he will find an answer. He will not make something up or say I don't know. He will look at it and let you know. You will pay for the quality of work that you receive. I did pay a little more than I would have payed someone else, but I got good quality.

In order to be brief, i will just say that our overall experience with Integrity was unpleasant. To be fair their products seem to be of good quality and their technicians were friendly, however their professionalism, organization, and client relations are lacking. Integrity failed to install a chimney liner we purchased from them for 6 years after the initial installation of the heater. Each attempt we made to have them come out and install the liner was met with apparent lack of knowledge that they had failed to install it in the first place. The company seems to severely lack organization. After 6 years of doing business with this company we have decided, out of pure frustration, to terminate communications and take our business elsewhere.

2005 - I contracted Integrity to install a new Weatherking heatpump (12 SEER). The system never seemed to work correctly as the aux heat light was on all the time and our winter electric bills were very high. Integrity insisted that everything was working correctly. 2007 - Due to the poor performance of the system (high electric bills and poor air flow), Integrity recommended the installation of a new American Standard variable speed furnace. I agreed and they installed the new furnace. Even after the furnace upgrade, the system never worked properly and continuously ran the aux heat strips. Integrity was very unresponsive to my concerns and I finally gave up on them. 2010 - I decided to cut my losses and contracted Economy Air to install a new Trane XL15i system (which required a new furnace to meet the Fed tax rebate requirements). The new system is incredible and completely validated my orginal concern that the old system had not been operating correctly. As it turns out, Integrity had installed the furnace in a position that was not up to code and was a likely fire hazard. Moreover, the poor air flow was quickly resolved by the addition of turning vane near the furnance output. Ecomony Air did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

Was on-time and installed within the estimated time frame. Work included extensive routing of the venting. Gave me a wide range of options on efficiency, filtering, and humidity controls. Installed a new auto-setback thermostat. Clean up and removal of old furnace was excellent.
