Couldn't have asked for any project to go any smoother.  I had contacted  Indy Water Solutions last year to evaluate my water system and they determined due to age it would probably need to be replaced in the near future. I felt a proactive replacement this Spring was a good idea and went ahead and had it done. While I was at work Don and his crew came out and took care of the project. I came home to a new tank and a lot more water pressure.

Called to get estimate on reroute of water line (was running under concrete car port) and installing new header above ground, and replacing pressure tank . Upon inspection Don mentioned that since header had been gone for so long (was run over a couple of years before) and debris, rain runoff has been draining into well that this was probably a health hazard and should be covered by our insurance. Don met with our insurance adjusters at our home and explained to them what the situation was and what needed to be done, even showed them by illustration and diagram the workings of a well. All went very well, Don was very knowledgeable about the well, the area, what was needed.



The day they came out to fix well, went very good, all was completed in one day, they even found an old abandoned well that was not capped and capped it for us (could possibly cause contamination of our well and others in area) the whole crew was polite courteous and professional in all aspects.



We appreciate Dons honesty and knowledge and would definitely recommend him.

Don did exactly what I wanted. He checked my system out and gave me detailed recommendations as to what I could do to improve it in the future. When the time comes to update my well / holding tank he will be guy to do it.

Don Stone, owner of Indy Water Solutions returned my call and began to ask me questions to troubleshoot the problem. Immediately I could tell Don was very knowledgeable about well and pump systems. He walked me through various activities to troubleshoot the problem. Even though Don was not at my home he knew my system so good that he was able to describe the power switch to me and what he wanted me to try to see if indeed there was a problem with the pump. Don made me aware of the voltage in the switch and exactly what I needed to do and where to be in order to complete the test safely. After a couple of minutes it was determined that my Well was not dry and that my pump was not bad. It turned out that 2 of the 4 contacts inside the switch were partially stuck open which was why the pump was not running. Once we released the stuck contacts the pressure began to climb on the tank and I had water. Don stayed on the phone while I verified everything was working and that the pump and switch were cycling properly. This took about 15 minutes to fix my problem and it was all done at NO COST.
I would highly recommend Don Stone, Indy Water Solutions to anyone. Not only did Don solve my problem but he did it in an honorable manner. Of course doing something honorable for Don is nothing new, he is a Marine Veteran. Being an Army Veteran myself, I thank Don for helping me with my water problem and also for his service to our country. Please support Don and his business.

Woke up to no water in the house. I call my home warranty company and they sent out a guy who only wanted to bring a back hoe and dig up m y back yard. I thanked him for coming and immediately went onto Angies list to look for a provider . It was a Saturday and an emergency. I called Don Stone of Indy Water Solutions, and even before I hung up the phone with him I knew I had the right person/company to do the job. He instilled so much confidence that I had him come over two hours later. Our problem was a combination of many things, but Don explained everything that was going on with our well and water systems and 4 hours later we had some water coming into the house. First thing Monday morning Don was back with his crew and 3 hours later we were able to flush a toilet and wash hands at the same time. I know that doesn't sound like any great feat but with us it is, especially when you couldn't do that for the past 4 years. Don showed me the pipe sections that they had to cut away from under the house and we were so amazed at the amount of iron sludge that was clogging my water line.
Over the past 8 years since we have owned the house we have had water pressure issues and have had numerous contractors over to the house to fix the problem, which nobody did until Don Stone showed up. If I could give him an A +++++ rating I would.

There aren't enough kind words I can use to describe Mr. Don Stone - he is a true professional and hard worker. It all started when our water went out right before the 4th of July weekend - I called Indy Water Professionals and received a call back from Don within minutes. I was in an emergency situation with no water and Don drove all the way to our home that evening (around 9:00pm) from an out of town trip to help me. I knew right then and there he was different than most contractors. Don and his wife showed up to assess our situation - he believed it was an electrical problem and tried a few different techniques to see if he could fix the problem. At this time he didn't have all his tools since he had come straight to our home from a trip with his wife. Don told me he would be back in the morning with his truck to check everything over - he was back at the time he promised. This time he was able to check the pump and let us know we weren't receiving enough power as the amp level was low and that we had an electrical issue. He suggested we contact a licensed electrician. Don was over the top nice and a really great guy - he followed up with me after we had our electrician replace a box on the outside of our home that was broken and part of the issue. So far our water has been working fine - Don said it could work with the low amp amount for a few days, few months or several years - there really is no telling. What I do know is that if it goes out again, I'll be calling Don to do the job. I highly recommend him and his company - he truly is one of a kind.

They were very honest with me. They went above and beyond to make sure the cholorinator made my water free of rust. They really did a good job. Donald Stone, the owner, is very personable. He treats water regardless of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything to his clients if necessary. He is very reputable and conscientious.
