It took them over 6 weeks from our initial start date to come to our property to mark the corners. It took us several times of calling them to find out when the survey would be completed. When we received the survey only the corners were marked and with our property being divided by trees, it was hard to see where the exact lines were. When we received the document, two corners were missing with actual measurements. When we called to get the measurements, we don't believe they are correct because they would go way into our neighbors property and we didn't receive a new document. We did not receive a bill and when they called us 60 days later the first thing they said was that they would be a lien on our property. We paid the amount that day as we were waiting to get more information from the survey and to receive an invoice. Overall the price was good compared to others, but the professionalism was poor.

They did a nice job, came out a little sooner than I was expecting, and mailed me the copies of the survey very promptly. They were very nice on the phone and had the best price of all the companies that I called. I highly recommend this company.
