Our gas furnace wouldn't come on. Called Harold's Heating & AC first thing in the morning. They were at the house within 30-45 minutes of when we were available to meet them. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. They had to go back out for the part, but diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly. My only issue is that they're a little pricey. They charged a $125 service call. Others will credit this trip charge if they do the repairs (which includes parts and labor).
