Called during a heat wave.. air not working well. Repaired and informed that it really needed replaced. Came to the house and gave estimate--- used cost of repair as a down payment.. Helped secure financing and replaced units. 4 guys did work under a tent in the pouring rain and in the garage. Left all good as new.

He charge us $400 for a small piece and advised us to use the fan and don't turn it off to reduce heat.

Economy did a great job. Their workers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Darrin and all the Economy staff are committed to quality and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the work performed. They went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly from the initial appointment all the way until the work was completed. We have used them for about the past 10 years and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

This company is top notch, all the way from the office, Darin, Isaac and other technicians. They installed a new air conditioner and water heater. I found their normal prices competitive with other company specials, and their service is second to none. Our AC installation was scheduled, and when Darin found our AC had quit, he moved the installation up. They were likewise very prompt and professional on the water heater. When it's control valve later went out, I went through the manufacturer warranty. For three days I was told by the manufacturer they would have someone take care of it; that didn't happen. I finally called Economy for advice. The office staff was very courteous, and within two hours they had a new control valve installed. I will use them for any service I need that fits under their umbrella. i can't thank them enough.

It was great. The whole experience, their contact, them coming out when they said they would. The person who installed it was very patient when showing me how to use the new thermostat. It was a very good experience.

Daniel did the checkout, cleaning and evaluation. The system had not been cleaned for a very long time and was pretty filthy. He cleaned everything, including igniter, flame sensor, burners and everything. System is now spic & span and ready for Winter action and another Summer season. I purchased a two year Comfort Plan, so I am good to go for a couple of years. I called them on Thursday and Dan was there the next day. I am very satisfied with Economy Heating and Air Conditioning. I recommend them highly.

I originally obtained quotes from 3 companies, based on one option. At that time Economy was not the lowest.  I then changed the scope and got revised prices from two of the companies that had provided the best service the first time.  Economy and the other company were essentially the same cost.  I chose Economy because they had done the most thorough job in determining what was needed before providing the quote, and I felt there would be less chance of additional cost due to something unexpected.
Work was performed when scheduled, and completed on time.  They encountered a couple of unexpected problems, but took care of them with no additional cost.  Workers were very friendly.
After furnace was installed they went over operation of the new furnace.  There were some differences in the way the system operated, both because it was a lot newer than the old furnace, and because of the change from crawl space to interior closet.  They were extremely helpful in helping me learn how to operate the new system, and came back when I had additional questions.

Our old furnace was about 20 years old. Economy has done all the maintenance on it, but has just gotten too old. It couldn't keep up with the cold temperatures anymore. They quoted us a new furnace on Thursday and had it installed on Tuesday. It took them about 3 hours and there were no issues. They are fantastic.

They were professional, on time, and trustworthy. When another company was trying to scam me, I knew economy was the one I could turn to for help! When we needed them to come out on a holiday, they still came right out, within the hour!

Woke up to a failed water heater and water all over the floor. This water heater was a warranty replacement installed 4 years ago for one that failed after 3 years ... both installed by a different company. Called Economy first thing in the morning. They asked me to photograph the heater and product tag and text it to them so they could check to see if it was under warranty and what the configuration was. They told me they would come out sometime in the afternoon. Right after lunch, mark and helper arrived. In about an hour, they removed the old heater and installed a new one, also replacing the expansion task (which had failed). They cleaned up when finished. The heater is working well and the installation looks much cleaner and well-organized than the previous heater. Great job!

He was ultra-polite. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Explained problem and work to be done, getting approval prior to. Worked quickly and efficiently. Described future issue that he will return to repair when we are ready to do do. Didn't hurt that he liked our cats!

Our 10-year-old AC just wasn't keeping up with the heat. We obtained multiple bids for replacement. Economy had the best price (based on comparable specifications), but also made the greatest effort to understand our needs. Long before he made any recommendations, the owner asked us question after question about our issues with the old system, our house, our concerns about comfort, etc. He also pointed out some of the shortcomings of our present system, explaining everything in understandable terms. Because it was just an AC replacement, the job took only about a half a day, and Economy was able to schedule it within the week. The installation crew showed up on time. They were very professional and polite and worked without disturbing the family. I was actually surprised when they were finished because there hadn't been much noise. Their installation was very clean, and they left the work area in great shape. Economy handled all the warranty process and paperwork on our behalf. The final  invoice matched the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We're pleased with the system's performance and were happy with every aspect of the process.

New shower head and bathroom faucets, we also use them for heating and cooling.

The guys from Economy were GREAT! We have been in our house for over 5 years with baseboard and resistant heat only. Economy Heating and Air Conditioning was the first provider (out of 6) that we had out to our home that really took an interest in how our home was laid out, the issues we had with our specific type of home (timber frame) and the insane electric bills we had been paying to condition our home. We bought two Trane heat pump systems for out home. Economy came out on one day to remove the old system and then returned, at our request, a week later to start the job. The first day was a long one for the guys (9am-9pm)...but we had heat working for one half of the house by the days end. It was wonderful to have heat...and I am sure that they made it such a long day just to make sure we had heat. They were completely professional in EVERY way. They responded to each question anytime we asked. Jod was very good at answering all our questions when I would call him (and I seemed to call and ask a lot!) Jod was the one that came to the house initially to get us an estimate. He really made it about us and not about selling the system. He and all the guys that work for the company are highly knowledgeable about the equipment. When the workers were at the house I felt comfortable with them in my home.  I have had enough dishonest contractors and others at the house to make your skin crawl. Economy was the complete opposite. I had no desire to hide my husbands tools or my other valuables.  As a woman, I felt safe with any of the guys at the house. I can't reccommend them enough!! We plan on going back to them soon to get a system for our guest house! I think they are honest and hard workers. The guys cleaned up better than it was before each day and especially when the job was complete.
