I use it through my insurance fitness plan so I don’t spend anything. I know the proprietor now and he has really done a lot. It is a nice center now with nice equipment; you can do just about anything there from yoga to weights.

It’s a really nice facility with a lot of equipment. Everybody is really friendly. My wife goes there every day. They would work up an individual plan for us and put it on paper so we could follow it. If we have any questions we can always ask them, and they will answer it. They are really great.
