Bill was at the house when we arrived, so he had already done a quick walk through. He explained what he was going to do and a few things that he would not be able to do as we did another walk through with him. Then we went outdoors. He went around the house twice, to make sure he had not missed anything. Even though there was snow on part of the roof, he went up and checked the parts that were not snow covered. Then we went inside and through the whole house. He took a lot of pictures and after he was done, went over what he had found with us. He was very thorough and found many issues that we would not have noticed at all. He explained things very well. He sent us his report by e-mail within 45 hours. It also was very thorough. We were very happy with his work!
