After having the mower repaired twice by someone else I took it to Phoenix and met with Thomas.  He knew what the problem was and told me how to avoid it for the future.  Apparently ethanol can erode parts of the carburetor which caused leaking.  He repaired it and it has  been working well since it was repaired.  I am very impressed.

I had taken it to someone else two times and it would still stall.  Someone recommended Thomas at Phoenix.  I actually met Thomas and he was professional and polite.  He listened to all I said and told me what he thought the problem might be.  Beside stalling, the mower was leaking gas and oil.  He informed me that ethanol erodes small engines and that the gas was getting into the carburetor.  He told me it would be under $65 and take a couple of days.  Two days later he called and I paid $55.  I have used it twice since then without any problems.
