I am impressed with their friendliness and their willingness to explain the product. I had a ring they had made for me and I said I wanted something different, I don't know what I want, and so, he sketched using my stones a different setting. It was beautiful. I rode back two weeks ago to pick it up. I consider them to be honest. They are patient. They also helped my daughter to choose items for her wedding and worked with her until she could decide and I appreciated that.
