I would recommend them to anybody. I had a different connection with them before. I had to keep computer on, but I don't need to do that. Earlier, if the computer was on all the calls would go to a voice mail. There is one problem with them that you cannot talk to a real person. I have never been able to get hold of a real person. I have to go to the internet and find help. If a person doesn't have an internet, they can face a problem.
