He charges $35 an hour. I had all of the supplies, so he just charged labor. He did all of that work in two hours. He came right on time. I showed him what I wanted him to do. He did the outside work, and then came in for the inside work. He was done in no time. He is going to come in the near future for some more work. He was very professional, thorough, and reasonable.
