+ -1 moreBoth doors were scratched, they took the gout out of my tile and wouldn't re grout it. They wanted to caulk it. When I said no, they stuck a piece of quarter-round in that space. My trim was natural finish wood and they tore it up and put in synthetic white wood board, and it looks terrible and doesn't match. They installed new locks on the doors and threw away the warranty. They threw away the warranties/guarantees on everything. The threshold is supposed to be adjustable, but they didn't tell me how and threw away the instructions. And no one seems to care! They were in a hurry and talking about their personal lives and schedules.
Description of Work: They installed a Pella entry door and a Pella storm door.
