 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the service. George is the owner of the company and has been doing this for 20 years. He was knowledgeable and patient when I called and even more patient when I called back to re-schedule (due to a conflict at work). At the house, he was professional and knowledgeable. The rates are reasonable--$52 to come out and for the first 45 minuets, then $38 for each additional hour (after hour rates are about double, though). I felt lucky because I just picked his name out of the yellow pages and I was happy he was able to figure out the problem.
Description of Work: All of our outlets in two upstairs bedroom weren't working. George was able to troubleshoot the problem and identify the cause: a dead short caused by the contractors who were re-siding our house and put a nail through one of our electric lines. He did not do the repair since the siding contractor will be responsible for that. ($110.00).
