The travel agent was the worst I've ever experience. The entire wedding party had issue with this travel agent. Over 31 people traveling to Cabo Mexico had major issues. LauraBeth was unable to book flights with correct names. As a last resort her manager was also incompetent.

I don't have time to plan in detail our Disney vacation and came across Magical Vacation Planner. Did everything I asked her to do for reservations and fast passes without skipping a beat. Very professional, polite, quick, and was always ready to help. Our vacation was fantastic and very smooth. I plan to use them again. Highly recommend.

I found MVP through a Facebook page. I was looking for a way to make the upcoming trip easier, as I didn't want to fight my way through Disney's web site in regards to booking hotels, etc.. Within 24 hours of contacting MVP through Facebook, Jamie had contacted me, asked me some questions on what I was looking for, and had hotel reservations, dining plan set up, and everything all ready to go.
Even though I am more than 500 miles from their office, Jamie has been in wonderful in communication. She let me know the days I could make dinner reservations, she sent me a note when I could do Fast Pass reservations. It has been an absolute Joy working with this company. If I ever take another Disney trip, I will definitely use MVP to make the reservations.
