They came and sprayed and the fleas were gone, hallelujah, gone.  He promised to come back two more times iwthin 90 days if we needed it, but we didn't.

Service was performed as stated and well.

After the first spraying, I still saw fleas, but a few more vacuums and they were gone- a miracle! We will still have them come out and spray the second and third time since it is included in their price, and to make sure the fleas are gone for good. Kevin was polite and happy, great to work with.

I called to get rid of meal 'pantry' moths. His wife Cindy answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about my pest problem and gave me a good price over the phone. Kevin came right out (even after he was in a fender-bender). Inspected my whole house, explained how they come in through an infected food item, life cycle, and what you need to do to get rid of them. He honestly told me they were pretty much gone and he didn't need to spray. I checked that he did perform service even though he didn't spray because I feel he did provide me a great service through inspection and honesty. Super guy, very professional and knowledgeable and will be using him to spray for carpenter ants this year and will right about that when the service occurs.

They were thorough, and they have a 90 day guarantee. We had a bee problem, and they took care of that for us. We will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well. I got their name from Angie's List and they are very good. They were very responsive. I had a problem and they got here right away. I think that the guy knows what he is talking about, and they got the job done.

I pay them per service.  He seems very knowledgeable.  They are prompt to visit.

Kevin arrived the very next morning and completely rid the property of the wasps with just one application. Prompt, thorough, professional, and courteous. Kevin prevented what could have been a dangerous situation for my grandkids, with just one treatment. The price was quite reasonable, and money well spent. He has my sincere gratitude. I hope I don't need an exterminator again, but if I ever do, I will definitely call Kevin.

I was pleased with Kevin's service and can give them my recommendation. This was the first time I've used them. They arrived at the house early (before I got home from work), and did an exterior walk around, where they identified several wasp nests they would take down. So right away they were looking for ways to help that I hadn't even specified, which was great. Kevin spent a good 15 minutes talking with me before and after the treatment, which I always appreciate from a service provider. I don't like service providers who act like they don't have time to inform their customers. I also don't care for service providers coming into my house smelling like five packs of Marlboros -- this was not an issue at all with Kevin's service. We haven't seen ants or spiders inside since the treatment, and if we do, there is a 90-day guarantee, so they would re-treat if necessary. I don't know how their price compares to similar service from other pest control companies, but it seemed reasonable. And they let me know about the phone book coupon for 10% off, so I used that.

When I called to make the appt. the lady told me what he would do if they were indeed carpenter ants. In fact she told me to keep one if I found it in the house. I'm glad I did because he was able to tell by looking that it was a carpenter ant. She even mentioned a coupon in the phone book. I was very impressed with his work and honesty and hers too. He explained everything to me before starting the job. He arrived right on time which is a plus for me.
