They're good people. I have been happy there. They're great. They're good. I make an appointment, and they do it while I wait.

Great price, speedy service, and great staff. I had a 5 and a 12 month old while waiting and all 4 tires where changed and out the door in less than 35 minutes.

Shortly after we had the brakes done the vehicle began making noise while the vehicle was in motion, then would stop when the brakes were applied. Took it back to Zolman and they said the transfer case needed replace and quoted approximately $1700. Thinking that would be covered under warranty we took it to the Acura dealership in Ft. Wayne. The dealership diagnosed the noise being a brake issue without even putting it on the lift. Took it back to Zolman and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. Took it back to the dealership. They replaced the brakes and told us the brake shims weren't installed. Had to pay for the same work again but after we left the dealership there was no more noise.
My parents had a similar experience. My mom had about $1400 worth of work done on there minivan by Zolman while my dad was out of town. Shortly afterwards the van began having the same issues. My dad made her take it back to Zolman who stated they couldn't find anything wrong. After my dad got home, who is vehicle savy but by no means a mechanic, plugged his diagnostic tool and got the code that indicated what the problem was. He took it back to Zolman and told them the code and they still said the couldn't find the problem. So my dad went to Autozone, bought the part for $37 and with 3 hours of labor fixed the problem himself after Zolman originally charged $1400 and didn't fix anything. We wont even take our vehicles there for an oil change now.

I have been going to Zolman's for many years, and spent a total of $2500 between two cars for repair work in November 2011 on top of everything else we have had done there. I thought it was a little high, but trusted they were giving good service and recommendations. When I received an estimate for brake repair work earlier this year for over $400, I was up front with them and said it seemed a little high and based on how much I have spent there over the past several years, was there anything they could do for a discount. I was told No, so I started calling elsewhere. Received a much better quote so went back to pick my car up. At that point they offered to match the price. I had already told the second place to order parts so I turned down that offer. They were very nice and one of the service guys apologized and said the person I talked to should have offered to do more since I was a good customer.
Once I took it to the new shop they told me it didn't even need the work quoted and performed a different repair for only $100. I have now switched to this new shop for repair work and have been happy since. At this point I don't believe I will be going back to Zolman's.

Always very happy with Zolman's. All locations are the same: wonderful experience. Service is done quickly, for the lowest possible cost and they are always ready to work with you. They are concerned about your safety, too! I love the fact that you can drop off your vehicle anytime after hours and they will start working on the next morning. They always call first so you can approve the service.

I have no problems getting in and you don't need an appointment. My car is not that old but it died and I had it towed there. At that point, I had a Saturn and that time they were getting rid of the Saturn Company. The mechanics at Zolman said they were not authorized to fix the vehicle until they got an authorization from the dealership. So they directed the car to Gates Automotive and Gates called me and said the car was dead, they couldn't fix it but it was only four years old and they said I would have to buy another car. They asked me what I wanted done with it and I asked them to send it back to Zolman, so they did that and the guy at Zolman looked at it, figured out what the problem was, worked on it and it took them only about over a week but they got it running fine! I had it sent to them to try to figure out what to do but they didn't tell me they were going to work on it, so they didn't charge me for all that time. All they charged me was for the initial time they had it before they shipped it to Gates and then for the part. I thought that was pretty decent, they could have charged me thousands of dollars and I wouldn't have known that, so that was really honest of them. I would definitely go back to them and they are very good. You don't have to wait long unless you go late in the day but that is understandable.

I had a screw in one of my minivan's tires and they were all due for replacement, so I did some tire shopping. I usually shop online at tirerack.com to find the best tires, then call Zolman to see if they can match the price or provide a comparable product. That's what I did on this occasion and they would have matched the Tire Rack price but the tires had to be ordered. They recommended a different tire that was already in stock for nearly the same price and I found those to be very comparable in quality. Installation took a little while longer than I had expected, but they were busy. The waiting room is not the worst place to spend time, so I didn't mind. I've dealt with this Zolman store in the past and my experiences have always been positive.

They are easy to talk to and they cut to the chase. Overall, they are very friendly.

I’ve had good service there. They didn’t charge me this last time when they repaired the hole in my tire.
