Zolman Tire

Fantastic service.

Rear tires went 100% bald in 6 months, 25k miles...front tires were fine. Nearly killed my family in snow storm (AWD vehicle). Zolman refused to submit warranty claim for these 70,000 mile tires -- even though front tires were near perfect. Continental Tire said they would have honored the warranty. Not just ridiculous service, they introduced risk to my family's life and refused to be accountable in any way.

This was one of the best auto service experiences that I've had!  I showed up with a list provided by the dealer mechanic and another mechanic from Virginia.  Zolmans did a thorough review and tailored the list for the most impactful items.  
Two days later, were were buying a used car.  I asked Zolmans to make an appointment to inspect it.  They told us to just bring it in, and provided a report within 30 minutes, for only $25.
Everyone was polite, helpful, and professional.

My car wouldn't start every now and then. They were very patient and understanding. They had me tow it in the next time it wouldn't start. They weren't able to find anything wrong, but did give me a suggestion to replace my starter, and I haven't had any problems since. They are good people.

Fast pleasant customer service

Walked in and they got my car right in for brake change and oil change. Always appreciate the professionalism of the guys and that they don't talk down to me as a woman, but are willing to answer my questions. An hour and a half later, car was stopping better (and more quiet) than ever.

I made an appointment for service the day before. I was a few minutes late but was still in and out in less than 90 minutes.

It went fine--they did a good job, the venue was okay, and the only hangup though was scheduling it. That is a really important part of any oil change, and we had to wait longer than they promised.

They've worked on my cars for years. The price is middle, but they are very trust worthy. I definitely appreciate that about them. They email me the estimates and receipts. They are very willing to schedule different appointments that fit around my schedule. They are pretty accommodating. John especially is always helpful.

I use them regularly. They do more repairs than tires. They are easy to work with. The work is thorough but the prices are high.

They are just good people. They are friendly and courteous. They do a courtesy inspection and let you know if additional work needs to be done. They give you the option to have it fixed. If you tell them that you can only afford a certain amount, they will work with you to schedule the maintenance to be within the budget.

They guys do stuff for me all the time. They are the best. They do my oil change, my brakes. When I was looking at a new car, I took it to the guys and they checked it out and said if I didn't buy it they would!

They were very helpful. They called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix the brakes.

Had my son take car in at about 10:00 AM - they dignosed problem by 10:20 I picked my son up at about 10:30 and left the car.
Zolman calle to tell us the the car was ready to pick-up before noon.

As always the service was prompt and curteous and the price was reasonable.

Zolman is convenient for us and they do good work. We have all three of our cars serviced by them and buy all of our tires there whenever we need tires.

Zolman Tire was really good at explaining what the problem was and what options I had. I was extremely informed about what happened.

Overall the service was satisfactory.

Overall good service, although I would probably check prices at Sears first because about 2 weeks after getting our work done at Zolmans. Sears ran a better special that would have saved us about $100.00.

I am always extremely happy with them. They have been more than fair; I’ve been there with several different things. They’ve fixed problems that I got at the dealer. I went to the car dealer and had things done and then when I had problems, I went to Zolman and they fixed them. About a year ago I went in thinking I wanted a new set of tires but he informed me that I only needed two tires. They could have easily sold me four tires because that’s what I was ready for. They are just straight up people. They've always been available when I've needed them and if they say your car will be ready in an hour, it will be.
