I chose them based on the great reviews.  A month after the annual maint they performed, my furnace stopped after heating a few degrees at a time.  I called another company for repair and they said that maintenance was not done properly -- this type of furnace collects water, which if not drained annually, causes add'l wear. Vic's didn't drain the water.   I asked VT to re-do their maint. job, which they did, but I'm not inclined to call them again.  They also missed their first scheduled time but didn't realized that until 2 days later (I didn't call to ask what happened.)

Their work has always been excellent. Problems have been taken care of quickly and the repairs continue to work well afterwards. They are always polite and and clean up after their work. Their prices are within reason, but are not cheap. As the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'. We have felt in this case it's worth the price.

Very prompt and fixed everything in one hour. It was a little expensive, but it was worth it. He was Extremely professional.

Gave me a price quote over the phone, which was $100 under the two other quotes I received. They didn't arrive on time, however they called to advise they were tied up with an emergency service and would be running a couple of hours late. They called back twice more to advise when to expect them and once they arrived they worked well past normal quitting time to complete the job. I am well satisfied with the work and product and the price quoted was the price I was charged.

I called on Friday morning, was told that the plumber would call me first thing on Monday morning (this was not an emergency situation) to set up a time. Called at 8:30 Monday morning, was here by 10:00 as planned. Evaluated the problem (loose valve from the city main), gave me a couple of options, repaired problem. Was courteous, efficient, asked if there was anything else for him to look at since he had to charge me the regular service call rate.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS IS THE PLUMBING COMPANY TO CALL. WE HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY CHARGE FAIR PRICES.
