It took about 2 months for me to get back to them after I received their quote since I had to scrape and repaint the fascia. They responded quickly and had someone there within a few days to review all the details with me. A week later, their crew installed the gutters exactly as I wanted and the bill was exactly the same price at the quotation, even though I asked for some deviations.
