Working with Tina was a great experience. We were listed with another agent for over 8 months (some of which were during prime house selling "season"), and had a terrible experience. As soon as Tina came on board, she communicated regularly with us, gave us good advice, and within a couple months the house was sold. At one point during the negotiations it looked like the deal was going to fall through. Tina worked hard with the other agent to make it work for everyone. We did all of this from Bloomington, IN, so there was the added difficulty of dealing with an out-of-town client. On top of that, we were selling this house for my mom who really needed the money because she had just about exhausted her savings and was living in an facility that was rather expensive. I highly recommend Tina next time you have to sell or buy a house.

Tina was able to sell the house at the price that I wanted and very quickly.  I really liked her practical approach and she was straight forward and honest.  The home sold with in 6 hours from putting up the sign in the yard.

We live in Michigan looking for an investment property we made a decision to buy in south bend,Indiana  

I didn't knew NO ONE in Indiana we just found her name on a website of board of real estate that relate to the banks,
so we new she has some bank listing of her own (foreclosure) but usually those people are very busy, we needed a lead,
an advice and help, she is very warm person and gave me all the details helped me allot, just been there
alone and without no knowledge of what is good and what is batter, she was very patient and helped me
see all the houses printed me all the information and gave me so many contacts people to do the fixing at the
closing table she found a small mistake saved me some more money and basically I ended up saving allot
I'm totally happy with her, if anyone I can fully recommend it's her she always updates me with every small
detail checking that I understand everything, very knowledgeable on top of things.

soon the fixing are done and she wants to see it, I loved working with her and she loves her job which made it
so much easier on me, going from one place to another it was in a certain point too much even for me and I didn't
felt comfortable but she really liked it and in two days was found a great property for a great price any person that saw the
house and heard the price was impressed.

We had already found the property and expected Tina to only walk us through the close, but as our Buyers Agent she took us to see similar properties to be sure we didn't miss a better opportunity and so we would see comps and know the real value.
