Shawn admitted, on site after I hired him, that he had never insisted vinyl sheet flooring. He cut the first piece wrong -wasted that material-then did not know how to cut the seam so it looks terrible. He put in quarter round over the planks that he finished installing but left the protruding ends uncut-that looks strange and it sticks out to be a toe-stumper. He cut the transition pieces too short so there are visible gaps. He brought a trainee with him who did better work than he did. Charged by the hour and was very slow, including leaving the job site to go get materials that he forgot when he was at the store earlier that day. Heâ sa nice guy but not worth the $65/hr that he charges. Either donâ t hire him, or negotiate a job quote rather than an hourly rate. I learned my lessons with him.

Shawn was incredible! I needed someone last minute and he didnâ t even hesitate and came out right after the huge snow storm we had. He was kind, professional and affordable! I would highly recommend him!!
