RICK'S AUTO SVC

Great. This is the second time I've taken my car to Rick's. These guys explain everything and are so polite and professional. They also warranty their work for three years. Their prices are very competitive. How can you go wrong with that? I highly recommend their services to all.

I will never take my truck any where else again.I thought they would charge at least $400 What a wonder full surprise to pay only $258. I'll get the towing charge back from insurance Co. Excellent,excellent, excellent in my opinion..

Well when we picked up the vehicle eveything was fine and they told us that it was such an expensive item that if there was any problem bring it back. Turns out we had more problems, we took it back and they look at it, unfortunitly while they had it the problem went away. A few days later they the problem reappeared they look at it again and found the problem changed the defective part at no charge. Great service,Great Buisness, We Will tell everyone we know about this out standing Buisness.

We took the car in because we were hearing a scraping sound when we turned right or left. They checked the brakes and said everything was all right except that the transmission cooler lines were leaking fluid and that brakes were pulsating slightly. They were very accommodating. They picked up the car, leaving a loaner, and brought it back the next day. We still have the scraping sound, but I guess it isn't anything serious. It was suggested we replace the lines or it would get worse and create transmission problems. We certainly didn't want that.

I am amazed at the great service I received. I have actually never had such a great experience at a shop. I was very concerned that we did not know any mechanics in the area and looked up angies list and Ricks had really good reviews. It was amazing. The office was very professional and we were actually received by the Owner i believe. He took down a list of issues and the problems we had and had us on our way in no time. Subsequently he called me to let me know they had fixed the pan that was falling down, had replaced a light that was out and reset the oil change light that was blinking in error. They felt this was truly minor and did not have any charge. That speaks volumes for this place and clearly it will be our new trusted shop since we moved in the area.

I had my car towed in at 8am and no one looked at it until the late evening. Didn't hear back about a diagnosis until the following afternoon, and it took several days to get my car back. The work was good but very expensive. Owner was very nice but the guy behind the counter was a bit rude at timess. Overall, I think they did a good job but need to work faster.

They gave us an estimate and managed to keep under it. We got a loaner which was great and the car was done that day even earlier than we had hoped.
We have kept an eye on the car and no leaks now.
We are very happy to have found a good mechanic close to home.

Arrived twenty minutes early for appointment. Car was taken in about ten minutes later. Total service took about 45 minutes, but this is not a and quot;quick-changeand quot; service. My receipt indicated a 12 point thorough inspection. Car was brought to the lot ready-to-go. In addition to having excellent reports on and quot;Angie's Listand quot;, I received a personal recommendation to go to Rick's. I am very satisfied and will return for future service. I asked for the 10% Senior discount advertised on Angie's List, but instead was given a coupon special of ten dollars off! Very nice of them!

Very convenient scheduling, the owner sits at the main desk and is the one who has direct contact with the customers. I felt very comfortable there.

The oil change was free. They had a car care membership. It's a list of coupons and there is couple of free oil changes with it. They were very personable. If I need a ride to work they will take me. I had to rent a car couple of times when I had extended service done. They were very trust worthy.

Easy breezey oil change.

He took care of the problem and the cost was reasonable. He's truthful and gives me all the details on why things are needed. I feel safer in my car knowing he has worked on it.

Please see above. I was told several things were wrong with my brakes and a few minor things I didn't know about. It is good to know so I can plan to have it fixed as soon as I get the money together. This diagnostic service was included in the price of the oil change about $25.00 so I got a thorough look at my car's faults and oil change for one price of $25.00. Usually other places just change the oil.

It went very well and solved the problem in a professional way.
