Called Quality Glass along with a few other local service providers on Wednesday 5/6 to obtain quotes on the replacement of the windshield on my 2002 Toyota Solara. Their quote was right in line with all the other places I called. Called back Thursday 5/7 to schedule my appointment. Due to my work schedule I ended up having to drop my car off over night (they do offer "your location" service but I wanted it done in a shop, personal preference). They accommodated my scheduling needs and even offered to store my vehicle inside over-night. I can't verify that they did, but I have no reason to believe they didn't. Dropped the vehicle off late Thursday afternoon (approx 4:30-ish). Transaction was fast and efficient (most of my information had been taken over the phone). Received a phone call the next morning around 10:30 I believe advising that the car was ready to be picked up. Went back in around 4:30, inspected the work, paid my bill which was exactly the quoted amount, and drove away happy. If I HAD to nitpick something, I did notice scraps of rubber/sealant as well as a spray-can type cap on my floor after I got home. A quick vacuum would have been a nice surprise but not a necessity in my mind. Especially given that they detached and reattached my Izoom which I forgot to remove from the windshield before turning over my vehicle.
