He is very fair and does very good work. Very good customer service and cleaned everything up. All of the work was done in a day- quick service!

1 - Poor customer service, scheduling anything was a nearly impossible.
2 - Unprofessional business practices- company did not obtain the proper installation permit with the city before installing - potentially jeopardizing the manufacturer's warranty and incurring us fine from the city.
3 - Extremely poor communications - company utilizes a message service, can never directly reach a M.R. Smith representative. They do not promptly return phone calls.
4 - Unprofessional/rude conduct - Owner is argumentative with customers, arrogant and makes excuses for everything.
5 - Integrity - Company fails to stand behind their work and correct faulty installation confirmed by another nationally recognized and reputable company.

They are very good. Their prices are reasonable and appropriate. They are really good and we have no complaints at all. We have recommended them to other people. They are quick, efficient and come out on time. They do extremely good work. They are polite and nice to work with.
