+ -1 moreI understand that this was a smaller job but it was still over $1000. I don't feel that they treated us professionally and there is a lack of communication within their business.
Description of Work: Called to get a quote on some landscaping and the representative came out the same day. He was very professional and listened to my requests. He was very prompt and emailed me an estimate the following day and stated that once we made a deposit they would get us on the schedule and it would be a simple 1/2 day project. We didn't hear back from them for a week so I sent several emails and left several messages. Finally, my husband called and they got right back to him but stated it would be another 3 to 4 weeks out. We decided to cancel the contract.
