I am self employed so it was difficult for me to finalize my home loan. I had tried two prior mortgage companies whom could not get it done (this was after having been pre-approved and put in a bid on a home). Liberty however was able to get my loan financed and at a lower rate than what the others had quoted me. I would definitely recommend using them, especially if you have ANYTHING that is nontraditional about your mortgage application.
