Furniture - Sales
I purchased a sofa, love seat, chair and tables. Everything was delivered in April. By August I had a squeak in the sofa. A repair man came in Sept but was unable to fix it. A supervisor called a month later but did not think it was "bad" enough. A brand new sofa shouldn't have ANY sounds. It is now another month and nothing has been done. I want a new sofa!
