In these hard times with tight money situations I DO not give companies a second chance or do call backs to remind people to call me to set up work for them so they can stay in business. If they want my money and other money they need to earn it with hard work and customer service. It seems like the customer is a given by these business' or companies and it is expected for the customer to bow down for service that should automatically happen on a daily basis. Boy times sure have changed.

Jefferson Auto Collision Svc Company is a fantastic body shop. They are reasonably priced. They are very honest. I don't even bother to get a quote form anyone else. They are also certified by state insurance. They have a computerized paying system that matches any kind of payments one has made before. They get the job done on time. I have used them three times for three different cars within the last three months for collision work. I have three kids that wreck a lot of cars and I have never used anyone else for auto body work. They go out of their way to fix my car in the least expensive way without hurting the integrity of the car or its appearance. I would continue to use them in the future.
