I had him before, and I think he does a reasonably good job. They are punctual, and they clean up after themselves. He is Spanish Latino, so sometimes the communication is not that good. There is a language barrier. We had a misunderstanding, after I said that I wanted the underside boards of the deck, and he thought I meant underneath the deck. They did do a little bit of damage to my deck, but he was booked solid, and having him come out and take care of that would have probably been long time coming. The railing was damaged, so I did the sanding and repainted. I had to do a little bit more work than I had anticipated. I wish he would have cleaned my windows, and scraped the paint of that was left there, but he did not do that. I like that they are punctual, they come when they say, although I had to call and ask where I was on his list, because he was very busy. They power washed, and they used a very powerful powerwash which left gashes on my door, but I was lucky to find the pieces and fix it myself. He is gone before you notice it, so it is easier to do it yourself. I did not pursue him to come back and fix it, and he probably would have come back. I think he is a little pricey. I thought they did a good job. They brushed it on, which takes a lot of time, and they were good with the gutters, there was no paint on the gutters, nor any dents, however it was my deck railing which received quite a bit of abuse, but I was pleased with the way the house looked. His punctuality was wonderful, he came early, did my front door, and did a really nice job, and he also replaced my hardware. I would probably hire him again, but I would write everything down. He has a pretty good contract, but I think there was a miscommunication.
