 + -1 moreBetter Business Bureau and the Indiana Attorney General have looked into this. Now headed to court to get return of money.At current time time Mr Seese (owner of company and one who signed contract) will neither return calls or respond to letters reguarding this issue. Currently serving time for fraud
Description of Work: Signed contract for roofing job to be completed on April 5 2011. Has yet to complete work. Keeps stating he needs more money before he can start the job. Per contract half was paid prior to job being started.Keeps saying there is additional work that needs done, yet this is not in contract and never agreed to. Also states that he can't complete job due to rain. Has it rained constantly since April 2011?
