The guy was very professional and courteous. I even had him go and clean my parents carpets and it was amazing how they looked afterwards.

Owner was professional,prompt and friendly. I suspect his co worker was new to the job- he left me with a feeling that he needed a lot of guidance. They leave the carpets very wet when they finish. Upon completion it looked as though they did a pretty good job. They pointed out some problem areas that were lighter than the rest of the carpet and suggested it might have been as a result of products we had used to spot clean. However, after the carpets dried, it was apparent that they did not get rid of several stained areas ( pet stains). The price appeared to be higher than we paid in the past.

Carpet Cleaning
Saw good customer reviews on the web and decided to try them. They came on time, did a great job and were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We have had several other companies in the past but Hydro Clean was the best by far. Will likely use them annually from now on.
