COMFORT FLOORING & DESIGN CTR

A family friend recommended this locally owned company. We were greeted with a friendly sales staff who were knowledgeable about the products they offered. We personally worked with Laurie, who did a fantastic job at answering our many questions. We took samples home to ensure we picked the best product for our home.

The installation was scheduled 3 weeks later. As scheduled, Nick our installer showed up on time Monday morning to begin the job. He was very easy to talk to, and we felt comfortable giving him access to our home while we were away at work for the day.  Each night we came home to more progress completed!  Nick would clean up at the end of each day so we weren't living in a disaster area for a week.  He even replaced a leaking gas valve on our stove when he discovered it after pulling out the stove.

The only complaint we have is we wish we would have known ahead of time how dusty/dirty of a process this was going to be, as anything left out was quickly covered with dust. I guess we should have assumed this, but didn't realize it until it was too late. 

Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of Comfort Flooring, and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Excellent, Service and Install was AAAAAA+

Great experience.  We had to make numerous trips to the showroom to look at various materials.  We worked with their designer, Lauren Stone.  Lauren was very knowledgeable, made good suggestions, provided needed advice, and was very patient. The materials were ordered and available on time. We used our own contractor for pick-up and installation. We would definitely use this company and Lauren again.

We were very pleased with the entire process, from selection through purchase and installation. The salesperson, Sue, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sue was also extremely patient, as it took us several weeks and many trips home with samples before we made a decision on what we wanted. The floor was installed by Randy, a sub-contractor. Randy did a great job. He was very careful about how he placed the individual boards, so that the overall look of the floor was right. He and his assistant always cleaned up each day before they left so that we had full access to our kitchen. They finished the job in the four days promised, and the floor is beautiful.

No issues, will use again in the future.

The installers were just wonderful. They were professional and explained everything they were doing. Everything looks wonderful. I was impressed with the salesman because she took us around and was able to show us cheaper flooring that was a better quality.

Went extremely well from start to finish. Very friendly staff welcomed me, listened to what I was looking for and my budget. Showed styles from remnants on sale to higher end. Scheduled appointment for measurements and estimate. Cost was well within my budget. Flooring was installed 12 days later in one day. Crew was very professional, friendly, careful in moving furniture, and showed up on time. Cost included removal of old flooring, underpad and underlay, tear down, moving appliances and furniture, baseboards. They vaccumed as the work progressed. Had to come back next day for about 25 minutes to replace 3 metal doorway strips at my request that was different than they originally installed. Highly recommend Comfort Flooring! They also have huge selection of ceramics, including back splashes, and I intend to use them again in the future.
