Chris did a fair amount of work for the initial payment but never came and finished the job for the remaining balance. The frame of my deck is built ok I guess but the stairs were of low quality and I had to tear them out and rebuild them myself. Chris is un- dependable and seems to have many work related issues. I tried to cut him some slack and give him a chance to prove other negative reviews wrong but he ended up disappointing me in the end. I would not hire him again. He is reasonably on his prices but you get what you pay for. Cheaper is certainly NOT always better. If I had it to do over again I would have hired a much more expensive more qualified contractor.
