Horrible place. Dr Reesor is unprofessional and our cat was traumatized after being cared for at this clinic. My husband, who has a masters degree in drug chemistry, asked Dr Reesor if our cat could hallucinate after the medication they gave her. Dr Reesor laughed hysterically at us and said it wasn't possible. Prior to the visit, my husband verified that one of the side effects for humans is hallucinating. Dr Reesor has poor bedside manner with people and we should have stopping going there, but I cared more about how she treated my cat.....but I realized later she was equally bad with our cat. After one overnight stay, when we would reach towards our cat in a certain way, and she would react in a fearful defensive way. Then shame herself because she knows we would never hurt her. Her behavior could be described a fearful reaction to specific movements or being touched in a certain way after a trauma. The vet, Dr. Reesor, was rough with our cat during visits as well. In the last appointment, they had to cover our cat to keep her from biting them. This was very stressful for us and our little fur baby. After that we starting taking our poor baby to another vet. Receptionist is not very helpful. She tried to tell us we weren't allowed to have our cat's records to take to a different vet.

My first visit to the Cat Care Clinic, for a check-up and vaccinations, went very well. The vet tech was kind, gentle, and calming with my cat, giving her a massage that she seemed to really love. The vet was knowledgeable, the price was reasonable, and the facilities and location were good. However, a few weeks later my cat became very ill the day before a 3-day holiday weekend. Deeply concerned, I called my vet only to be informed the the doctor was on vacation. The woman tried to hang up the phone, but I blurted out an explanation that my cat was lethargic, not eating, and in pain and I was worried. I asked what I should do or who I should call and was told "I don't know what to tell you, because the emergency vet doesn't open till 4pm". I would expect my vet to have a back-up plan or referral process when unavailable. I would expect a script of how to handle emergency calls to be provided to any receptionist. And I would absolutely expect anyone working at a cat-centered clinic to demonstrate some compassion for worried pet owners. Bottom line - this is a great clinic if nothing goes wrong, but I'm looking for a vet who will be my partner to help my cat and I through the not-so-great times.

The Cat Care Clinic has taken care of our cats for more than 20 years. We have always had excellent service. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and professional. We are able to get appointments very quickly if there is an emergency. Also, since it is cats only, it is less stressful for the cats because there are no barking dogs. This is especially important if you are boarding your pets. Dr. Reesor always takes as much time as we need to make sure we understand any medicines or issues regarding our cats. I really cannot rate them high enough.

I had a very good experience with them. We get appointments quickly. They were very good with our animals. We've been using them for 10 years. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Dr Reesor has been caring for my cats for 16 years. It DOES make a difference to go to a place that deals solely with cats..let's face it, they're NOT dogs. The folks at Cat Care Clinic know how to handle cats, and are experts in cat behavior. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else!

They are very nice but we don't think that there is anything special about them. They are the nearest cat care clinic. Other than the fact that they specialize in cats, we don't feel that they are any different than the other veterinarians that we have been to.
