Auto Service
The guy came to my work and replaced the windshield with in an hour or so. Very professional and even took the time to remove from stickers from the old windshield and replaced them on the new. Price was a little more than some, but can't say enough about the convenience of having it done while I was working. Quoted price was what I paid.

Auto Glass, Auto Body Work
Excellent. The owner provided great customer service, honest, friendly and the job was completed on time. Went above and beyond and looked at a broken door latch cable which I will tack back to them and have them fix. The lady who turned my car over to me explained everything about caring for the tinted windows and everything that must be done to ensure the tint stays in place. She also explained warranty. Again, great customer service. I will use this business again and highly recommend to others. I appreciate the kindness and caring..... this means a lot in today's world of LACK of customer service.

Auto Glass, Auto Service + 1 more
It went well. I sat in their little waiting area for a long time as they installed the auto remote device on the car - two separate days for two different cars. I would recommend having someone drive you to Auto One and drop off your car so you don't have to wait.
I love this feature as I can start the car from inside our house when it's inclement weather to warm the car and defrost the windows!

Auto Glass
This place totally misleads the consumer when it comes to pricing. I went on their website to get a quote for auto glass repair. I received the quote (approx. $245) so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Auto One to make the repair. I received an email directly from one of the rep's (Allen) confirming the price, etc. (it was not a form letter, but an actual response from the rep at Auto One):
Debbie,
Does not require a molding, so the $245.37 is a good
price. It does include the 10% off for internet pricing. The only adder is sales
tax of $13.40 for a total of $258.77. However, the glass is stocked in
Indianapolis, so if order today before 3 pm we should have it Thursday
afternoon, and takes about 2 hours.

Glass Repair Quote
I used your online quote system and was quoted:
$245.37*
* Price is for part number DQ09858GTYN. Price does not
include molding. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
After making the appointment and receiving Allen's email confirming the price, etc. we thought everything was above board. Allen then proceeded to call me back about 20 minutes later and advised me (although as you can see above he already confirmed everything) even though we put in the quote (which I have a screen shot of) that the car was a 2-door sedan, the part number we got the quote for was a convertible and that our cost would now be over $400. This is outrageous! Why had he sent a confirming email prior to checking on the quote. I received a call from Auto One's Brighton, MI rep saying they had an IT issue that was not yet resolved and that the site was giving us a lower quote because it was somehow was pulling the wrong part number.
Whatever happened to and quot;the customer gets the price that they are quoted.and quot; It's no different then if you go to a retail store and a clerk forgets to take down a clearance sign when a sale is over, the customer ALWAYS gets the clearance price.
I don't know if they intentially quote low so that at least they can call you and try to set up an appointment and then get more money from you.
They were terrible!
