Kevin is a true professional. Work was done in a timely manner - he communicated well throughout the process. Some cost overrun due to the concrete work that he contracted out, but those extra costs were discussed in advance. New garage exceeded my expectations.

He was building during a rainy month, so it took longer than he said. It was completely understandable. When he couldn't work because of the weather, he called to let us know. Even though it wasn't his fault, he upgraded the siding to one more expensive than he quoted to make it up to us. The only category that I didn't give him an A in was his responsiveness. If I emailed or texted him with a question, sometime it took two or three days to get back to me, but he always thoroughly answered my question.
Description of Work
He made recommendations on the location of a new garage on our small plot. He drew up plans, got our approval, and built a new garage exactly as planned. They poured a new foundation and had it inspected to make sure it was up to city code. The garage is perfect.
