plumbing, septic tank
 + 0 moreHe came out late. Something started to clog so he couldn't pump the tank. He left grumbling that he couldn't charge me. He left the lid off, left a puddle, wound up his hose, and left. I called the next day, and it took several tries to talk to someone. A manager was supposed to call me back, but didn't. I called the manager 2 days later. He said they were trying to find a solution but they never called me back. I think they chose not to fix it. The only nice thing I can say is that they had a nicely painted truck and the technician wore a uniform.
Description of Work: I hired them to pump my septic tank and see if something else should be done.
